The main source of energy is the Sun. This is because Photosynthesis is a light dependent reaction. If there was no Sun, there would not be any energy. Soil does not provide energy. ATP is energy but that is usually produced in heterotrophic organisms. Finally it cannot be glucose because that is the product of photosynthesis.
