Susan B. Anthony is the right answer.
Susan B. Anthony, a civil right activist from America cast her vote in a presidential election of 1872. During this time, women were not allowed to vote. But she cast her vote and for this she was charged with $100. She refused to pay the fine. Therefore, Anthony and Stanton provided for Congress to be displayed with an act giving the right to vote to women. This bill later came to known as the Susan B. Anthony Amendment. In 1920, it was ratified as the 19th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States.
