2. Same thing as problem 1. This is a function.

3. Same thing as the previous two problems. This is a function.

4. This is NOT a function because we have the input x = 3 lead to the outputs y = -9 and y = -2 at the same time. The input x = 3 must have exactly one output for a function to be possible.
