A cookie recipe that yields 48 cookies calls for 2 cups of flour a different cookie recipe that yields 60 cookies call for 3 cups of flour are these rates equivalent explain the reasoning

No these rates are not equivalent. If you take 48 divides by 2 the result is 24. If you divide 3 into 60 the results is 20. Therefor not equivalent
