Answer:it's actually C. Both (1,3) and (-2,-4)

Explanation:

To check whether (-2,-4) is a solution of the equation let's substitute x= -2 and y= -4 into the equation:

-7x+3y=2

-7*(-2)+3*(-4)=2

14-12=2

2=2

Do the same thing with (1,3)

-7x + 3y = 2

-7 * 1 + 3 * 3 = 2

-7 + 9 = 2

2 = 2
