it is saying 56 = g - 29.
so we have to find out what g equals.
so just do + 29 to both sides, so the equation will look like
29 + 56 = g - 29 + 29
the two 29s on the right hand-side will cancel out, and the answer to 56 + 29 is 85.
so g = 85
