∠1 and ∠2 are Alternate angles, therefore:


\begin{gathered} \angle1=\angle2 \\ \text{Where:} \\ \angle1=2x+20 \\ \angle2=3x+10 \\ So\colon \\ 2x+20=3x+10 \\ \text{Solving for x:} \\ 10=x \\ x=10 \end{gathered}

Hence:


\begin{gathered} \angle1=2x+20 \\ \angle1=2(10)+20 \\ \angle1=20+20 \\ \angle1=40^(\circ) \end{gathered}
