The correct answer is option B) Plants absorb water and release back into the atmosphere through transpiration.

The plants absorb the water from the soil through the roots. this water is transferred over all the parts of the plants. The plants regulate the amount of the water in the cells and lose the water through the transpiration. the transpiration causes the transfer of the water present in the soil to the atmosphere. This atmospheric water forms the cloud and result in precipitation.
