Attention deficit hyperactive disorder(ADHD). It is one of the most common mental disorder diagnosed in children. It is more common in boys than girls. According to the National Institute of Health, the three signs(hyperactivity, impulsivity and inattention), should be present in order to make a diagnosis. Although, some toddlers can present with these signs and not have ADHD,therefore, it is important to take into consideration how long the child has had these behaviours in order to make an accurate diagnosis.
