When trying to solve a problem, you will need to define the problem first. If you have been able to determine the problem that you need to solve, you can start generating the solutions you need to solve it.

Choosing the right solution, require you to analyze all the possible solutions. The steps require include gathering information about the problem, distinguishing fact from opinion, and evaluating the cause of the problem.

It does not include (B) generating a variety of solutions.
