5. Should oils be a part of a nutritious diet? If so, why and to what extent?

Hello There!

Many people may have told you do not eat oily foods because they are bad for you etc...
This is actually wrong as oils assist is regulation hormones and cushioning organs.
However, don't use this an an excuse to eat as much as you wish as too much can do you harm
It should be taken to a small extent.

You should because oils are made up of lipids. Lipids are a good energy source for when the body runs out of carbs ( more easily accessed, but do not store energy as long).
