Let w be the width of the pool. Then its' length is w+3. Adding a 2 meter walk around the pool makes the total width w+4; and it's length w+7. So:
(w+4)(w+7)-w(w+3)=268
w^2+11w+28-w^2-3w-268=0
8w=240
w=30
The pool is 30'x33'
