The conquest of Greece affected Roman Society in different factors, such as their language, their arts and architecture. Eastern Rome was heavily influenced by the Greek culture, Greek became its primary language, later on, it was informally known as “The Empire of the Greeks”. Though, the Greeks were overthrown and became part of the Roman Empire, the Greek culture seemed to flourish within the Roman Empire.
