For this graph, there is only one horizontal asymptote. This is the x-axis. Notice how the graph seems to be traveling closer and closer to it on both sides but it never seems to touch it.

Then, the vertical asymptotes are x=-3, x=0 (the y-axis) and x=2. Again, notice how these lines almost "split up" the graph.
