Mr. Ship's symptoms are most likely caused by tuberculosis. All of Mr. Ship's symptoms are typical of tuberculosis (TB) infection. Being homeless and living in a shelter are threat factors for tuberculosis meanwhile the bacteria is easily transferred from person to person.
