Answer:

15

Explanation:

Reasoning: First you multiply 75% of 20 which is 0.75x20 which is 15.

If you still don't get it you can see that the servers keep 75% of the tips while the support staff keep 25%

IF THERE IS 20$ TIP LEFT AT A TABLE we know we can cross out $5 and $20 because they are not reasonable.

so it is left between $10 and $10 you can also do 15/20 which is 0.75

but if you do 10/20 the answer is 0.5.

So option c $15 is correct.

P.S there is a typo for $5 there is two but on edge there is only one $5.

pls have a great day!!!!

Answer:

Option D is the correct answer.

Explanation:

At a restaurant, servers keep 75% of the tips from each table, and support staff keeps 25%.

Amount of tip kept by server = 75 %

A $20 tip is left at a table.

Amount of tip = 20$

\texttt{Amount kept by server =}(75)/(100)* 20=(1500)/(100)=15\$

Option D is the correct answer.
