The formula for finding slope is (y2-y1)/(x2-x1). Therefore, you just substitute each number for the corresponding variables. y2 would symbolize 5 and y1 would symbolize -6. x2 would symbolize -4 and x1 would symbolize -9. Substitute it to make: 5-(-6)/-4-(-9). Solve it and therefore, you will get 11/5.
