I am writing a book and I'm wondering, so, the main character believes that only her family and other rich people matter in the world but, when her favorite store closes, she is forced to go to another town where "pheasants" live. She meets a guy who is poor and it changes everything! I am wondering what kind of conflict that is

First off it is internal conflict, when she believes that only rich people matter in the world, and then she meets the 'poor' guys
Second is external conflict, when her favorite store closes down
