The slope of f(x) is -1 because it is written in the slope-intercept form
y = mx + c where m = slope.
the slope of g(x) is calculated from the 2 given points:-
slope = (3 - 1) / (0 - 1) = 2 / -1 = -2.
(The slope = difference in y values / corresponding difference in x values).
