The formula given is:
F = 1.8C + 32
The temperature C is given as -20
So, all you have to do is plug the given C temperature in the formula to get the corresponding F temperature as follows:
F = 1.8(-20) + 32 = -36 + 32 = -4 degrees Fahrenheit
