a) By Pythagoras' Theorem x^2 = 13^2 - 5^2 where x = length of the other leg. x^2 = 169 - 25 = 144 so x = 12. cms.
b) perimeter = 5 + 12 + 13 = 30 cms
c) Area of triangle = product of the 2 legs = 5*12 = 60 cm^2.
