Using Pythagoras theorem


\begin{gathered} \sin x\text{ = }(opp)/(hyp) \\ \sin x\text{ =}(14ft)/(19ft) \\ \sin x\text{ = 0.7368} \\ x\text{ = }\sin ^(-1)\text{ 0.7368} \\ x=47.46^0 \end{gathered}

Hence the value of x = 47.5°
