The given function is

f(x)=-3x-2

We need to find f(-2) + 9

First, we will substitute x in f by -2

\begin{gathered} f(-2)+9=-3(-2)-2+9 \\ \\ f(-2)+9=6-2+9 \end{gathered}

Add them

f(-2)+9=13

The answer is 13
