Which part of an antibody molecule determines differences between an anti-pollen ige, igg and igm?

The variable region limits the antibody's specificity, otherwise known as the unknown effector function. It identifies the class or isotype of the antibody between an anti-pollen IgM, IgE, and IgG. However, the constant domain in the light chain does not regulate the function.
