The correct answer was

C) The function has 3 real and 2 imaginary zeros.

For the left graph (y=2x^2), B) the graph will become narrower.
For the 2nd one (inequality):

3 - 2x \geqslant - 17 \\ 3 - 3 - 2x \geqslant - 17 - 3 \\ - 2x \geqslant - 20 \\ - 2x / - 2 \geqslant - 20 / - 2

x \leqslant 10... \: note \: inequality \: flips \\ when \: you \: divide \: by \: a \: negative
Therefore it is D)
I think the last one is C) 3 real and 2 imaginary zeros. Because the three real ones are where it crosses the x-axis.
