it equals 10 because if you multiply 10 by 800 you should get 8000 because 10 multiplied by 8 is 80 so all you need to do from there is add all the zeros.

because when you multiply by 10, it adds a zero to the end of the number, like 12*10 = 120, so vise versa for dividing
