Divide them:

2 * 10^(15) / 4 * 10^(9)

It is 500,000 times greater.

2 x 10^15 / 4 x 10^9
= 0.5 x 10^6
= 5 x 10^5 or = 500,000

answer
5 x 10^5 or 500,000 times larger
