False, because without practice you can’t become skilled at something (also teaching a skill you’re learning or have learned to someone else can help you get better as well).

Yes it is a false statement , that Deliberate practice is unnecessary to gain expertise.

Without practice you can't get expertise in anything, either in studies or in work or anything that you want to achieve in life. Practice with right mindset and in right direction bring positive result in the direction of your goal.
