y intercept occurs when x = o so it is -2(0-3) + 4 = -2

x intercepts:-

-2(x - 3)^2 + 4 = 0

(x - 3)^2 = -4/-2 = 2

x - 3 = +/- sqrt2

x = 3 + sqrt2 and 3- sqrt2
