Answer:

Explanation

when doing this, you want to figure out (X,Y). X is sideways and Y is up and down. Any number to the left of 0 will be negative, so if you are finding X and you move 2 spaces to the left from 0, you will be at -2. So you found X. Then is says it is 4.5 spaces down. Anything down is also negative. So you would start at -2 since the is where X is. Then move down 4.5 and you will be at -4.5. So -4.5 is what Y is. now you can fill in (X,Y). You will get (-2,-4.5). I hope this helped a bit.
