How can you demonstrate the effect of gravity on plants?

the sag of the leaves pointing to the ground rather then sticking straight up

if you plant a plant up side down , the plant won't grow that way , instead the plant will follow the sun , so if a plant is growing on the side of a cliff , it won't grown down or stright , it'll curve to find where the most sun is , technically gravity doesn't have an effect on plants
