You are going to get a new cell phone and need to choose between two cell phone companies, Bell Phone Company charges $40 per month. It costs $0.50 per minute after you have gone over the monthly number of minutes included in the plan

Please help and explain your reasoning, i need to do this for extra credit to bring up my grade.

$65-$60=$5 5/50=0.1
The Bell Phone Company have greater rate of change because you pay $0.50 for every minute you spend on the cell phone, while you only pay $0.10 for every minute you spend on the cell phone. $0.50 per minute is more increase than $0.10 per minute, which will involve in more change and increase.
