It's the rule of thirds 99.9% correct because The rule of thirds is a photographic technique that places the most important elements in the composition on one of the intersecting lines of a tic tac toe grid. (you can activate this grid on your phone or camera). Placing the subject on one of the intersections creates a dynamic composition because the viewers eye must scan when the focal point is offset from center.
