An ocean is a body of saline water that composes much of a planet's hydrosphere. On Earth, an ocean is one of the major conventional divisions of the World Ocean.

Seawater, or salt water, is water from a sea or ocean. On average, seawater in the world's oceans has a salinity of about 3.5% This means that every kilogram of seawater has approximately 35 grams of dissolved salts

the ocean is a a body of water which surrounds every continent  and holds all kinds of life and ocean water is the water from the big system that surrounds every continent and hold all marine life
