I need to write an essay about government, i would greatly appreciate some help on this! Thankyou!

Here is what the essay is about:

Your lunch buddy, Izzy Chatwood, just came into school all fired up after spending the weekend at a punk/alternative music festival. He’s telling the whole lunch table that we don’t need a government. He claims the government doesn’t do anything for us. They just take our money and limit our freedoms. Izzy feels we should get rid of the government and live in a state of anarchy.

You have just finished studying a unit on the purpose and functions of a government and while you must admit that living in a state of anarchy for a few days might be fun, it would get scary pretty quickly. You realize Izzy needs to be shown that a government is actually essential. Use your notes and knowledge gained in our last unit to help Izzy see the light.

Write a letter to Izzy in five-paragraph essay format in which you state the reasons as to why a government is essential, identify the important services it provides and describe the role it should play in people’s lives.

if your writing an essay first start with a good intro name some facts left and right make it seem long when its not then maker sure you have a really good concluding sentence and your set

Since you're writing an essay, this is a bit too informal. instead of writing "PUNK/ALTERNATIVE" you should write it out fully, "punk or alternative".
