No, once the victim starts to breath again, CPR is no longer necessary, it is only necessary for someone who is unconscious, or not breathing.

I don't think so I believe you would let them get air inside and that's the sign that he/she is alive and breathing so you don't wanted to push the air out of there lungs when you were trying to get air in there lungs
