To solve
(24x^9 - 32x^6 + 20x)/(4x)

Divide 4x out:

(24x^9 - 32x^6 + 20x)/(4x)

(24x^9)/(4x) = 6x^8

(- 32x^6)/(4x) = -8x^5

4x * 20x = 5

Now put everything together like the following:

6x^(8) - 8x^5 + 5

Since there is no like terms, the expression is simplified or what we call in Expanded form.
