Shaun collects coins. He has 24 quarters and 32 pennies in a jar. What is the ratio of quarters to pennies in the jar?

(24÷8):(32÷8) = 3:4

24:32 , 24 to 32 or 24 / 32

Depends on how you want to write it.

You take the number of quarters (24) and then the number of pennies (32) and basically put them against each other. It shows the difference between the amounts of two items and compares them. But the answer is one of those three ratios there.
