There asking about you . Therefor it’s the last one . The 1st means more than one . The second one wouldn’t make sense . The 3rd isn’t in the right point of time . So the last one is the correct one

The answer is the last one no, no fui. because the question is asking you if YOU went to see the car and the last option is the only one that makes sense since you are responding no, i did not go
