it has to be D. "Come on," I urged the sick puppy, “just eat a little bit.”

answer a needs punctuation
answer b, the comma is in the wrong place ("Come on",)
answer c, same mistake like b, plus it needs a comma after puppy

i know this is six late, but maybe i helped someone :')
