We will have that the graph of the parabola is the following:

***We can determine multiple plot-points by replacing a value for x and solving for y, as follows:

*x = -8

y=(-8+5)^2+1\Rightarrow y=10

So, one plot-point is (-8, 10).

*x = -7

y=(-7+5)^2+1\Rightarrow y=5

So, another plot-point is (-7, 5).

*x = -6

y=(-6+5)^2+1\Rightarrow y=2

Another plot-point is (-6, 2).

*x = -5

y=(-5+5)^2+1\Rightarrow y=1

Another plot-point is (-5, 1)

*x = -4

y=(-4+5)^2+1\Rightarrow y=2

Another plot-point is (-4, 2).
