(9, -6), rotates 270 degree: becomes (-6, -9), translate 5 units up: becomes (-6, -4)
(7, -4) becomes (-4, -7), then (-4, -2)
(9,1) becomes (1, -9) and then (1, -4)
(13, 0) becomes (0, -13), then (0, -8)
