You can't just not know them all because you could always have a chance of gaining wait, you also have to eat healthy so that way you could eat way more healthier things. You could go for a run or some type of excersising. Then, if you still ain't losing weight and doing no movement excersises and you're not eating healthy at all it could cause some health issues and your weight will rise as you get older. So you should probably consider doing healthy things so that way none of that will happen!
