Velocity initial would equal 15 m/s
Acceleration would be -9.81 m/s^2 (vertically fired object)
Time = 2.5 s
Use the equation d=vit+1/2at^2
d = 15(2.5) + 1/2(-9.81)(2.5)^2
d= 6.8 or 7 meters
