Starting with the point K(2, 5) and the vector [2, -4], some students are arguing over who has found thecorrect K’: (0,9), (4, 1), (-2, 7), and (-2, 3). Who is right? Explain why each point is right or wrong.

Add the corresponding coordenates of K(2,5) with those of the vector (2,-4) to find K':

\begin{gathered} K^(\prime)=(2+2,5-4) \\ =(4,1) \end{gathered}

Therefore, the answer is:

(4,1)
