In vertex form it s
y = a(x - 5)^2 - 3 because the vertex is at (5,-3) . a is a constant to be found.
Plugging in the point (6,1) we get

1 = a(6-5)^2 - 3
1 = a - 3
a = 4

answer is y = 4(x - 5)^2 - 3

Its B
