This expression (not equation) is already written so that powers of x decrease from left to right. You could make this expression just slightly easier to read by multiplying the entire expression by 5, thus removing the fraction 1/5:

5x^5 + 0x^4 + 10x^3 + 0x^2 + 30x + 1
