The correct answer is the 1848 Seneca Falls Convention

It was a convention of female rights activists who drafted the declaration of sentiments with a goal of eventually achieving the same rights as males. For example, women weren't allowed to vote so the declaration had a part about that. It was also signed by men but mostly women participated.
