since h is on the right side of the equation, to solve, we need to switch it to the left side.

πr^2h=v

Then we would divide each term by πr^2 and then simplify.
r^2h/r^2=V/πr^2
Next, I would reduce the expression by canceling the common factors.
r^2h/r^2=V/
πr^2 (it stays the same because all is already canceled. :D)

The final and simplified version would be:
h=v/
πr^2
