You shouldn't reprimand in public, which would lead only to resentments that may have nothing to do with an employee's infractions.

If this is a true or false question, then I definitely believe this is true.
You shouldn't argue with your employees in public, telling them that they did something wrong or that their work is not up to par in front of their colleagues. This will only create resentment on their part which will result in you losing one of your workers.
